TACFIT 26 Alpha to Zulu Starts October 10th
Next training cycle of TACFIT 26 starts October 10th at KravZone in Sunnyvale. We will run a two hour intro on Sunday October 9th from 12PM-2PM.
TACFIT 26 is the flagship training program in the TACFIT family. Using a wide range of strength and conditioning tools and six time protocols, TACFIT 26 develops six degree expressible strength, lean body mass, lower bodyfat, and builds psychological and emotional resilience.
The Program includes 26 unique, twenty-minute workouts (“Alpha” to “Zulu”) which apply the TACFIT signature of incrementally scaled levels, four for each program, from beginner to advanced, making it accessible for all levels of fitness. The exercises are performed with kettlebells, medicine balls, pullup bars, rings or straps, boxes, sandbags and clubbells, as well as bodyweight exercises. TACFIT 26 is a “small box” gym that can be taken anywhere and setup with zero effort and minimal space.
